1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, submitting an RFP/inquiry, or licensing software solutions from Aryon (powered by HotBird Communications Pvt. Ltd), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and all applicable national and international export and telecommunication laws.
2. Enterprise Licensing & Intellectual Property
All proprietary software engines, including ARYON IPTV, ARYON RADIUS, Aryon Connect, ARYON-45, ARYON Soft Encoder, and ARYON Broadcaster, alongside all underlying source code, algorithms, architectures, and trademarks, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Aryon and HotBird Communications Pvt. Ltd. Commercial licenses grant a non-exclusive, revocable right to operate the software within the terms defined in the individual Master Services Agreement (MSA).
3. Deployment & SLA Performance
Aryon warrants that delivered software will perform substantially in alignment with agreed technical specifications. High-availability uptime guarantees and technical support response times are governed by specific enterprise Service Level Agreements (SLAs) executed upon project engagement.
4. Limitation of Liability
Aryon is not liable for incidental, consequential, or operational damages resulting from third-party network outages, upstream satellite signal loss, unapproved hardware configurations, or unauthorized modifications to deployed server runtimes.
